Sozopolis was designed as a replica of the ancient town Sozopol: with its unique architecture and style, romantic cobblestone streets, red roofs and bay 2-storey houses. The project’s architectural team received recognition for their work and professionalism by the Union of the Architects in Bulgaria – awarded once every 20 years.
In Sozopol you will have the luxury of being close to the sea but away from the hustle and bustle of the resort. The Yacht port is 2 km from Sozopolis and offers 200 berths for boats and yachts. The central part of the city and the city beach "Harmanite" are located 1.8 km away. The complex is located on top of the cliffs of Cape Kolokita and does not have access to the beach. The nearest beach is "Bamboo beach", located 1.2 km away.
All houses in Sozopolis are built for generations to come from the highest quality materials and offer comfort, generous space and excellent conditions for peaceful relaxation. A professional maintenance team ensures the convenience of all guests and property owners.
Sozopolis Holiday Complex rents apartments and villas for private use. It does not offer hotel-type accommodation with meals included.
The rental properties are equipped with everything you need for long stays. For a complete rest for you and your family, we have built: an outdoor swimming pool with a bar, a fitness center, an outdoor area with children's slides and two restaurants.
- Chef Vasil Katsarov's unique restaurant - "Sea Side", where you will feel special and uniquely cared for with the new concept of the "privet chef" principle (The restaurant will only be available for 1 evening reservation, with advance reservation). The menus will be several degrees, tasting, and fresh and delicious food will be prepared in front of the customers, according to their preferences and requirements. Extremely suitable for birthdays, private gatherings, hen parties and other types of organized events.
- Restaurant "Dalyan Sozopolis" - Located on the cliffs with panoramic views of the sea, the restaurant offers Bulgarian and Mediterranean cuisine. It is suitable for individual visits and organized events. It has its own parking lot for its customers.
