Located on two floors with an area of about 150 sq.m., the villa has a spacious living area with upholstered furniture, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating comfort and independence during the stay. On the first floor you will also find a bathroom with a toilet, a closet and a cozy veranda with a relaxation area.
On the second floor there are two comfortable bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a second bathroom with a bathroom. The villa has an extra pull-out bed and the possibility of placing a baby cot on request.

• Policy for children:Free accommodation of a child up to 4 years old with a baby basket (on request and availability)
• Checkin: After 2:00 p.m. | Checkout: Until 12:00.
• A deposit of 1 night up to 3 days is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable on the day of check-in.
• If no advance payment is received, the reservation is considered unconfirmed.
• Free cancellations of reservations, OUTSIDE early bookings are possible up to 7 days before the check-in date. In case of cancellations, within a period of less than 7 days, the penalty is the amount of the deposit.
- Free cancellation on early bookings is not possible. The fee is in the amount of the advance payment. The amount can be used until the end of 2025.
